I have been a certified Instructor with the American Heart Association (AHA) for over 17 years.  I feel that everyone has the responsibility to learn first aid and basic life saving skills.  You never know when this knowledge will be needed to help someone in need.  This could be a family member, friend, colleague or even a complete stranger.

The following is a list of courses that are available and each adheres to the guidelines set forth by the American Heart Association.  Classes can be set up as individual groups or work events.
